Add Recaptcha protect your backend and frontend
Prevent unauthorized acces to your backend. Next to fail2ban on the servers you can always secure your site more.
To activate recaptcha and obtain your credentials.
1. Open in chrome (make sure that your logged in with your billing account email adress)
Go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin
Fill out the project name ( example : yourwebsite recaptcha). Because you aready created the MAPS API it automatically creates a new project.
2.select your maps api project which you have created before , this way all billing is in one project.
3. Copy the keys into the application .
