Merchant order settings where you can set how many minutes it will take before a critical notification will appear so also a different sound that an order needs attention so you can choose like one two three or maybe 10 minutes depending on what type of business you're running

How to set your critical minutes and how to set your rejection minutes.

 

  1.  click on merchant settings
  2.  then go to order settings
  3.  in the critical minutes field you will set the number of minutes it will take before the critical alert will notify you that an order has not been attended to
  4.  in the reject order minutes you set the number of minutes before an order gets automatically rejected

 

 

 don’t forget to push save  after making changes
