How to enable notifications A merchant can receive notifications of a new order or a cancellation or a new booking on his email address or on his mobile number.

 A merchant can receive notifications of a new order or a cancellation or a new booking on his email address or on his mobile number.

 

 

  1. Go to Merchant settings
  2. Click on notification settings
  3. Enable the notifications
  4. Fill out your email address on which you want to receive the notifications
  5. Fill out your mobile number on which you want to receive the post messages and regards to your notifications. ( we strongly advise you not to use sms  notifications if you also accept dine-in and takeaway orders..) therefor we also have the push messages in the merchant app)

6. Enable a continuous alert for a new order this is in the web dashboard and the order notification will keep on repeating until you’ve accepted or declined the order
