A merchant can receive notifications of a new order or a cancellation or a new booking on his email address or on his mobile number.
- Go to Merchant settings
- Click on notification settings
- Enable the notifications
- Fill out your email address on which you want to receive the notifications
- Fill out your mobile number on which you want to receive the post messages and regards to your notifications. ( we strongly advise you not to use sms notifications if you also accept dine-in and takeaway orders..) therefor we also have the push messages in the merchant app)
6. Enable a continuous alert for a new order this is in the web dashboard and the order notification will keep on repeating until you’ve accepted or declined the order
